I was a Verizon customer for over a decade and have used this store for half of that. I have typically had good experiences but my impression of the company overall has been in decline for a year or more. Misleading quotes, not honoring promotions, and increases in billing for their services was frustrating.
Two weeks ago, I entered this store trying to make some plan changes and needed help with changing the number for a device. It was in the evening and there was only one other couple in the store. The first associate to greet me listened to me explain what I hoped to accomplished, shook her head and said they don’t do that here. I should call the corporate line if I need assistance. When I reiterated that there was a device component to my request she said “oh you just do that at home it’s not hard” so I left.
