T.J. Maxx — Local services in Town of Victor

Customer Service here sucks. I went to get a bedding set, and it happened to be on clearance for $59.99(RED STICKER). At this location the employes at checkout that I approached to, to have a price check, rudely and disrespectfully did not scan the item I was inquiring about and with attitude continued to just repeat that the price was $59.99. There was no concern regarding my inquiry about a price check. The girl obviously did not want to do help or check the price for me. Her facial impressions and body language was very much showing they didn't care to help and obviously didn't want to. she called her manager, and the manager stated the same thing without also scanning the item to check for an updated price. after repeating $59.99 and not scanning the item, they then asked me "ARE YOU GOING TO BUY IT OR NOT". Regardless of if it was $59.99 or not, I was going to buy it, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to save a couple bucks if they could. I bought the item and then went to the TJ MAX on Monroe Ave, and I explained to them what was going on because I clearly wasn't getting anywhere at the TJ MAX in victor. The employes at Monroe Ave, were able to scan and check the item price for me. It just so happened that the item was 50% off... would you look at that!? the employes at victor obviously had something going on with them self's and made it their mission to make an inconvenience to someone Elses life. like why you couldn't just scan the price and we go on about our day? oh, because you wanted me to leave a review on your unprofessional, spiteful persona. so here we...

First of all, I LOVE tj maxx.. great stuff, name brands, great prices. Yesterday my friend and I went in and shopped around for a bit, I was looking at dresses, I picked 2 out and brought them into the dressing room to try on while my friend stayed outside of the dressing room. I asked her to grab me a bigger size, she grabbed it and went to the clerk by the dressing rooms, explaining that her friend was in there and needed a bigger size and asked if she could bring it back to me. The clerk told her no and that she had to leave all of her stuff on the floor and that I couldn't have 2 of the item number cards in there (keep in mind there was a desk right there too that the clerk could've offered to put her stuff on), which was understandable because we did have things that we were going to buy, but my friend had a Michael Kors purse (that was hers, not from the store) and she literally PROVED to the clerk that it was hers by showing her the inside and proving that there was no merchandise in there.. in which the clerk begins telling my friend again that I couldn't have another card since I already had one that said 2, so she just leaves all of her stuff on the ground and brings me the dress, when she came back out the clerk told her "that's how stealing happens." I’ve had a few issues at this location now. One time I went to buy a shirt off the clearance rack and the cashier told me i couldn’t buy it because she believed it was part of a set and wanted to take it to the back until they could find the bottoms. I told her that may be why it was on clearance and have been able to purchase similar items before at other TJ Maxx on clearance. I had to convince her to let me purchase it. A lot of their makeup section is made up of empty boxes and used lipglosses which is gross (make sure you check product before buying). I went to buy a lotion with a missing cap and clearly had some residue go through the top like someone used it a bit and the cashier told me she couldn’t mark it down from their full price.
