360 Nails and Spa — Local services in Town of Wallkill

My daughter and I went for nails at this salon on Friday for Mother's Day. It was a git from my daughter. She was so proud to pay for my nails. Unfortunately, we had to go back on Saturday and ask them to fix our nails bc our nails were so thick that it looked like we had 2 full sets, o ne on top of the other. I had glue and acrylic under ALL MY NAILS that she did not file or clean. I asked for French manicure and ended up with a triangular design. ( I had table 15) My daughter asked for coffin shape and she did get a square shape, bc the lady didn't know what coffin shape was, besides my daughter's nails were also very lumpy and thick. It was busy and we had to wait a long time. We spent pretty much all day there. After a while, they sent my daughter to the same woman that did her nails the day b4. ( table 6). I had to ask if they had anybody else to do it. My daughter got her nails fixed but they charged her $ 15.00 to change colors. I just could not believe that she charged my daughter for it. We would not be going back if the job was done right in the first place. But on top of the bad job, she had to pay extra 15.00 dollars. We had a bad job, we should've got our nails fixed for free, regardless if it is same color or not. I was there to get my nails fixed too. The man came to me once and said the table 6 was available. Well, I didn't want her bc she did a bad job the day b4 and I don't think she would do any better on Saturday. I sat there waiting for my daughter. After she finished my daughter's nails, she just looked at me and told me to have a nice mother's day. She did NOT fix my nails. I waited a long time, then after she just told me to have a nice mother's day, I just left. I do have all the tools home and I am also a beautician, so I know exactly what to expect. After I came home, I fixed my nails myself. And my daughter was upset bc that was supposed to be my mother's day gift. I know that lots of people have good experiences there, but we were " lucky" enough to get someone that had no idea of what they were doing. If you go there avoid...

I literally don’t even know where to begin. So my manicurist was nice enough. But it was less than ideal when she took a face time call and propped her phone up to have a conversation with someone for literally over 25 minutes of my manicure.

I guess I’ll then move on to the most important issue- cleanliness. Nothing that was used on me was clean or new. Not the Dremel bits or the files. Everything was pulled out of either a filthy Altoids tin, or plucked from a messy basket on the floor. Everything was already covered in white dust. She then cut my nail bed with the dremel bit and sealed it with nail glue. The dremel bit went right back into the Aitoids tin….

Next- I had my nails done here less than 6 hours ago. I had my dip powder removed and asked for another dip powder manicure. I know every place does their process a little differently (the order or number of coats changes) but somehow my dip powder manicure was finished off with some kind of rubbery polish that cured in the light box and is ALREADY peeling off? I’ve been getting dip powder for 10 years off and on and they’ve always got a hard finish. That’s why I get them. So it lasts. I’ve never had such a thin and soft dip powder manicure. But now I paid $40 for a mani that’s already falling apart.

Not to mention that there are all kinds of leftover hairs and debris trapped in the polish due to lack of cleaning the nail. At no point was I asked to or given then chance to wash my hands (standard after doing all the hardened powder filing and before the top coats).

Genuinely this might be one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. Save your money- go...

UPdate on below; since then owner reached out to make things right. I can tell the owner reaIly cares. I appreciated it. * went here 4x and 3x were BAD experiences. They always messed something up , not that clean -use same pedi stuff on everyones feet(She just rinshed it with water and put it away). Talk bad about you in their language or if they mess up group up,cant even match the acrylics accurately(I have pink and they put diff pincks everytime) say they can do a design or style when you show them and when they start say no they cant ...one lady messed my nails up and cause they were closing asked if I can come back tomorrow so she can fix it...mind you my apt was at 6pm(btw they dnt honor apts might as well walk in) and she finished my nails 8:11pm(messed up and asked me come the next day) they DONT have much experience nor are timly BUT what really made me write this review is that they change the price every single time. And when im there I hear other women complain about it always changing too. Other commemts on it too. I told them the 1st time I came was 55$ , 2nd time 65 $ and most recent time they charged me 75$. Btw had same stuff done I asked them to write the prices down so next time I come I can show them.. they couldn't even do that they told me to show them my receipts ..so funny thing is I showed them all my receipts they stood quiet talked in their language and just kept arguing it was 75$. They made excuses that they must of forgot to charge me for something the last times. 4.3 stars is a lie...Please dont go here im sure you can find a better place not worth the stress. Take care of...
