This place is a joke. I have to be honest I was pretty excited to see they were opening a store in Middletown my first bad experience was when everyone gathered around the tables on a Friday and everyone was told no pushing or shoving anyone out of the way, well I was pushed and trampled on no one said a word and yes they watched. This is supposed to be an Amazon return store where you pay whatever the price is for that day. All of a sudden they got very greedy and just leave all the crap on the table and take the more expensive items and mark them up to whatever they choose that’s not how this is supposed to work. It’s very greedy on their end they should not be allowed to do this. That’s the he idea you go in for a good bargain for returns and pay the price for that day. This is very unprofessional and if it keeps up I guarantee they will close down soon a lot of people getting pissed off and never going back already. Greed gets you nowhere do the right thing for your customers. One more thing I forgot is we went on a two dollar day and as we are shopping they say over loud speaker it was a three dollar day to which folks replied it says 2 dollars on the sign the guy says no we changed the prices....

Completely unsafe, unorganized. It is not what is advertised. Absolute chaos.

A grown man completely pushed a six year old, out of the way, for a prize, on the table. The staff did absolutely nothing about it.

The announcer was laughing when he said “no fighting”. It brings out the worst in people. There is nothing funny about the safety and well being of others, being put at risk, for a bargain. Speaking of risk, look up their other store in Poughkeepsie. A user reported finding a USED toilet brush, with feces on it. But the employees want to get on customers who have wanted to open and identify the packages, that had no identification to what the contents...

They told me things were new (specifically one item in their “vip” section) so I trusted it. When I got home and opened the box I saw that it was used and even missing pieces. When I went back to the store to let them know my issues (with several items) they said that they don’t do refunds. Definitely not worth the trouble. Everything seems like Amazon returns.
