Warwick Valley Olive Oil Co. — Local services in Town of Warwick

To preface this, the olive oils and other products available here are very enjoyable and are of very good quality, however, I will not be shopping here again. I came here for the first time today to do some holiday shopping and found some great oils, but when it came time to check out, I was extremely disappointed in their customer service. The woman who rang me up spoke to me in a condescending tone and it seemed to me that she was treating me as if I was an inconvenience to her and even made passive aggressive remarks under her breath. It is even more disheartening to learn that this was one of the owners. If this is how they treat their patrons, I do not see why they should continue to be listed in the Warwick Valley gift certificate location list. It was a...

I have been to similar stores in New Hope, PA, Montclair, NJ, And Lake Mohawk, Sparta , NJ. This one would be last on the list of those 4. Not as inviting as the others. The idea is great. Although I didn't buy anything from them, I had such a lovely experience walking into the store. Such a unique establishment with all the olive oils and vinegars you can think of. The staff was so friendly and shared with us that we could sample olive oils. We tried the Persian Lime olive oil and it was delicious!...
