Did not expect such an amazing interaction.. This is not a paid review and I have absolutely zero affiliation with this company in any way. I had made a huge mistake with an order that in most cases would have been irreconcilable when placed from most retailers but the customer service from Alicia Adam’s was honestly so amazing and so accommodating, it was as if nothing even happened. Seriously. There are a lot of companies that flaunt flowery facades but in truth have very hollow cores when it comes to actually genuinely caring for their customers and this company showed me that without a doubt they cater exclusively to the latter over all else. In the end, I didn’t end up keeping any of the items due solely to the availability of sizing but I can say with absolute certainty as someone who knows the intricacies of precious fabrics that there are very few if not any other manufacturer out there that can work alpaca fibers as well as Alicia. The pieces I ordered were of truly phenomenal quality that it kind of blew my mind and for once actually resembled the prices they were listed at unlike almost everyone else who intentionally overprices with lesser quality.

This is the type of company people need to be supporting and will have my money for any future purchases if need be in this specific niche. Sincerely,...

Warning... once you buy an Alicia Adams Alpaca product you will be hooked! I had dozens of scarves in my closet. After buying an Alicia Adams Alpaca scarf, I didn't need the others. I now rotate between the alpaca/linen navy, cream and grey wrap scarves. They are classic pieces in my wardrobe. Perfect for travel on a plane, just warm enough and folds up nicely to put inside your bag. The blankets are not only a fashion statement, the best looking in the house, but also cozy and warm. Today I purchased two gifts, a cable knit winter hat and a pillow, just beautiful and well worth the workmanship! The baby alpaca pillow came with the pillow insert. Other high end stores will sell separately and I am then on the search for an insert that fits. Comfort Webb was the kind, friendly and sweet salesperson at the Millbrook, NY store. I placed an order on 4 December. It still has not been delivered. I reached out to the seller and eventually was told it will ship when ready. I checked for a status today (28 December) & item is still “awaiting carrier pickup” since 17 December. Horrible customer service!!

Update: Hello, we received our order today (field blanket, 2 Jan ‘25). The package was sent by TAGG logistics, which as we understand it, manages the e-commerce for “AAA field blankets” (Alicia Adam’s Alpaca field blankets). TAGG logistics appears to be a 3PL fulfillment center, warehouse and distribution center that is fulfilling orders for your business.
