I have a beautiful necklace that has significant sentimental value to me. The necklace was broken and I had taken it to several other jewelry repair stores. Each time it was "repaired" at these other places, it came apart again. When I took it back to those other places, they told me it could not be repaired again. Millbrook Jewelry initially did not think they could repair the necklace but, after I told them how important it was to me, they said they would do whatever they could to fix it. And they did! I went in last Friday to get a 100 year old family heirloom engagement ring cleaned up to get ready to propose to the love of my life. And let me tell you first of all the staff is extremely willing to work with you to fit any and all needs pertaining to your wedding jewlery needs.
