We bought six brand new LG appliances at KARLâs appliance in 2017. We have had a fridge in-door icemaker problem since shortly after purchase. Weâve had technicians here several times. Itâs ongoing with no resolution. The problem started before the warranty ran out. Both Karlâs and LG washed their hands of the issue. So much for the $2700 refrigerator that will now make a great boat anchor. Stay away from Karlâs and LG. They play the old âyou need to talk to themâ game, pointing fingers at each other. The service manager hung up the phone on us. Buying that many appliances in one purchase meant nothing to them. We are all done with both! Definitely will never buy another LG refrigerator Furthermore our next appliance purchase (another âthousands of dollarsâ refrigerator) will not be from Karlâs. Our good friends also purchased all of their new appliances from Karlâs and have had a similar experience with both their refrigerator & their range.    Read moreI canât say enough good things about Karlâs! We bought our washer and dryer from them three years ago and it was priced well, delivery was smooth, and the set is still working well. We recently moved and needed a set of kitchen appliances, but we made the mistake of initially trying to go through a different local appliance store. There were many problems that we couldnât resolve, so we contacted Karlâs. Lon was more than happy to help me and to make things right, even though Karlâs hadnât been involved in any of the problems. Lon worked to find me similar or the same appliances we had initially tried to order from the competitor, and he was even able to schedule the delivery for just a few days later. He took the time to help fill out the rebates, which helped us to save more money than the competitor we worked with could offer. The delivery was smooth and the delivery/installation techs were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I didnât catch the name of the dishwasher installed, but he went above and beyond and was very nice. The fridge and oven installers, Conner and Ray, were also incredible to work with and did a great job. I canât recommend...
   Read moreI recently had a mechanical failure with my KitchenAid dishwasher where a slide for the rack broke. As it was out of warranty we purchased a new dishwasher. We dealt with Lon who was polite and professional. I contacted KitchenAid and complained that I felt the dishwasher should have lasted longer. They told me that they had been experiencing a problem with the model I had and that they could not help me any further. I returned to Karl's and explained the conversation I had with KitchenAid. Lon directed me to the manager, Pete, and I explained the situation. Pete told me that he would take care of the situation by contacting KitchenAid himself. Within days I received a call from Pete and he told me that the parts that were defective had been updated and they would fix my unit for no charge.
