Ashley Store — Local services in Town of Watertown

The store is nice looking. Not a ton of options but decent. Its one thing to greet shoppers at the door and ask if they need help with anything but its another thing to follow me around the store and interrupt conversations between my husband and I with a sales pitch. Absolutely no one wants to be watched like a hawk while shopping. I totally understand “company policies” but there is absolutely no need to stand five feet behind me the entire time I shop. Every single time I stopped walking to look at anything for more than 2 seconds, your employee is right there talking about the piece of furniture throwing out random facts that I didn't ask for. Although there isnt many furniture options in the area to shop at, I will definitely not be returning. Store just lost out on a few thousand in sales had they not been stalking me the entire time...

The store is beautiful, very clean, with sections that really give the customer a feel of what the furniture feels like in your own space. I had the privilege to work with Josh, in helping me find the perfect chair for my reading nook in my second bedroom - and he was incredible, so very personable and made my fiancé and i completely comfortable while we shopped, and understood what we were looking for, what my desired vibe and feeling is for that area! Thank you Josh, for making my shopping experience so fun, and so so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend this experience to any...

I had a great experience at Ashley thanks to Josh Santiago. He really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. His customer service was excellent from start to finish, and he made the whole process smooth and easy. Everything turned out perfect, and I finally feel like I’ve found a furniture store I’ll be sticking with. I’ll definitely be coming back...
