William's Florist & Gift House — Local services in Town of West Seneca

My wife and I live in North Carolina, and we ordered a floral arrangement for my 96 year young aunt who lives in West Seneca, NY. as we like to work with local businesses. Yesterday I called William's Florist, and spoke with Robert. He spent time with us over the phone and gave us expert advice. In our conversation, he became aware that both our and my aunt's heritage is Polish. Robert said that he would have the arrangement delivered by an employee that knows Polish.... Today we received a phone call from my aunt, as she shared her joy and gratitude for the beautiful arrangement! She then said that Laura, the lady who delivered her flowers made everything extra special! Laura went above and beyond in a very caring manner. She placed the flowers where my aunt could see them, removed the plastic and made it look perfect! Then upon leaving, Laura stopped and sang, "Sto Lat!", which is a Polish Birthday song meaning, "May you live 100 years!" ... Needless to say, my aunt was touched by Laura's caring delivery! ... Therefore, we thank Williams 's Florist, Robert and the very lovely Laura for making my aunt's 96th birthday so very...

My husband and I chose Williams Florist for our reception (after having a poor experience with a different florist for our wedding during COVID) and were so happy we did. The flowers turned out gorgeous! Initially, Alicia spent a while on the phone with us getting to understand our vision and what we were looking for. We received so many compliments on our flowers, and I even decided to get my bouquet pressed and framed! We had one small dissatisfaction with my mothers corsage - the ribbon did not match her dress, even though they had a photo of her dress; however, my MOH called and they immediately drove another one out to our venue which was extremely nice and we were very grateful!! Their communication was great, and their prices are reasonable…like I said, they’re willing to work with you and want you...

Williams florist is my florist for life. Over the years they've helped me create beautiful arrangements to send my family. they've always delivered on time, with high quality, and to rave reviews. Living away from home, I place a lot of trust in my florist, and Williams has never disappointed.

I sadly had to call to order funeral flowers for my grandmother. Alicia recognized my name and my grandmother's name from previous orders, expressed her heartfelt and genuine sympathy for my loss, and set to work with me to create beautiful arrangements that would honor my grandmother's life and reflect Gram's preferences.

The flowers were perfect and made a hard day easier.

I will use them for all local WNY deliveries and any wires I ever need to send....
