If I could give 100 stars, I would. Yesterday, my soon to be sister-in-law and I went ring shopping to get an idea of what she would really want in a engagement ring. We went to another jewelry store in downtown Saratoga "worked" with a woman who had very little interest in us but we met Robyn. Immediately we were welcomed with a warm and enthusiastic greeting and even though we were "just getting ideas" she went above and beyond for us, showing us rings we asked about and really taking her time to get to know my soon to be sister-in-law and myself and choosing rings that fit her personality and love story with my brother. I've worked in the wedding industry for years do I came in ready and prepared to "fight" for a good experience but Robyn even made me feel relaxed and confident in the person we were working with. Robyn ended up picking out a ring that my soon to be sister-in-law never thought she'd liked but she fell in love with (and little did she know that I was there for more than "just look" and Robyn even helped me be as sneaky as possible, as I informed my brother and he "may or may not have" got they're ring 🤷🏽♀️😉)

Read moreI have waiting over a month for my engagement ring to get here and counting as of right now. First of all every band I chose and fell in love with was discontinued and still in your catalogs. Finally after going through 4 rings I settle on a ring that’s specifically not on back order. Two weeks go by and I get a call. (Thinking my rings in I’m excited) they tell me it’s on back order and it’s going to be another few weeks. Why did it take that long to figure it was on back order? Then the sails associates tell me if I wait till next Wednesday. (5 days after my promise date, I’d get a 10 percent off). But I have them call the Jewelers to make sure it will be here from Friday because I’m not waiting any longer, and they promise it’s good for today. So today is Friday, I get a call saying my ring isn’t shipping till Monday, so I’ll get it Tuesday. Are you kidding me. This is the third time I’ve rescheduled my photographer. Kay better have a lot more to offer than a 10 percent. Or I will not ever recommend or do business at this facility again and I haven’t even started...
Read moreAbsolutely awful experience at this location. Dropped my ring off 2/19 to be sent out for some work to be done on it , my ring was originally supposed to be back 3/11 . When I called on the 11th I was told my ring was “sent back out because it wasn’t up to their standards” . So my ring was sent back out without informing me and every time I called everyone was more than rude aside from Desiree . Today when I picked my ring up because again they wanted to send it out again because it’s off centered , I was met with a terrible attitude and snarky laughs that I was upset with me ring being messed up 2 times. I left with my ring and will bring it elsewhere to get the repair to make it not crooked .I’m not normally the type of person to do something like this but the whole situation was messed up and the poor customer service just made it...
