Me and my wife went to this toy shop and we were looking at the incense and this rude old man came over to us and asked if we were gonna buy anything and insulted us saying if your gonna smell them at least put them back right and came stomping over even though it was already like that me and my wife had nothing to do with it. We were gonna buy a set too. Not after that rude son of a b did that. I am surprised this store is still in business. I tried to call to complain but the old man answered the phone so I hung up. The woman that works there is very polite it’s the man that’s the problem. I would never let my child around someone so disrespectful and aggressive to children and their parents. If a 0 star review was an option, that’s what this place would deserve. Went today to check out the store and see if they had any Pokémon cards. They did- but they were counterfeit. We bought two packs and noticed they looked odd. We opened one pack as soon as we walked out of the store. And just as predicted- the cards were absolutely ridiculous. We brought the cards from the one pack back to explain these are fake. The worker acted clueless and called the boss and they acted clueless as well. Not only is this extremely wrong- ITS ILLEGAL. It infringes on the copyright and this is a federal offense. We are reporting the store to Nintendo and other places. Do not support this business. The old man hovered around me and my fiancé and asked if he could help us with anything. We politely said no and looked around we then saw that they had incense. I smelled the lavender and I loved it. I was planning on buying it when the old man then again came over and said are you gonna buy anything or are you just smelling them.
