I cracked the screen on my iPhone 6s and went here to get a new battery and screen. The reviews looked promising so I went there. When I walked up it looked like the guy knew what he was doing. I asked him about a new battery and screen and he gave me 10% off retail price which I actually greatly appreciated. When I went to sign the sheet giving him the go ahead to do the repair, I noticed that the screen repair said “LCD+Digitizer”. That raised a red flag, as the only thing that needed to be replaced was the display not the whole screen. I ignored it for the most part because I figured it would probably be easier to just replace the whole screen. About a half hour later I came back and he was finishing up with the screen replacement and right off the bat I could tell that the screen was fake. The top bezel was way too big, the home button wasn’t flush and it was a low resolution. I wouldn’t mind a fake screen, but that was kind of rediculous. At the time of writing this review I have had the phone for about 5-6 hours after the repair and the battery seems ok, although after seeing the screen I have my suspiciouns that the battery could also be a knock off. It was only after I paid him and got home and actually started to use it that I realized not only is the display sub 1080p, the digitizer is so bad that i can’t even scroll, and occasionally it won’t even respond. I trusted that he had OEM parts. Never do that. In fact, never trust anyone but apple to do any work on your iPhone. Also, the repair was over $100. Don’t fall...

If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I never would have believed that fixing my phone was humanly possible. It fell into an abandoned water tower and dropped violently to the ground after hitting the ladder multiple times on it's way down. I had given up on it and got a new phone. However, there were some photos that i knew were on there that i couldn't stop thinking about... priceless photos. So, since I didn't have them saved to an i-cloud and Apple wasn't able to help me, I figured that there was nothing to lose in reaching out to this spot. The owner quickly responded to the photo of my destroyed phone with a "I can fix it, bring it in". I was dumbfounded that someone would say such a thing confidently so I thought, why not, i'll bring it in and see this crazy guy struggle to hold up his word. Well, my socks were blown, my mind was blown and my phone looks like it had never suffered from trauma. It's all better and I'm feeling very grateful. and still blown away by the fact that he fixed it... you should have seen how bad it was. There was some light coming through but it was inflated and destroyed! nothing...

Highly recommend!!!! Jeff was great He replaced my son’s Ipad mini screen. He is very friendly as well as gives fair pricing, and completes the repairs in a timely and professional manner. Jeff explains exactly what repairs need to be completed as well as shows you the boxes of what he will be using for the replacement items/parts. I rarely do reviews unless it’s an absolutely terrible experience or a fantastic one! In this case it was fantastic.. If there was an option to give higher than a 5⭐️ I absolutely would!! He Will be my go to for all phone and tablet repairs in the future!! ( I am including before and after photos . it was pretty rough to the point I had to put tape over the top until I could get it in so it didn’t get damaged further or have glass shards)...
