I went to the store this afternoon and was overcharged for items i did not purchase. I went back to get a refund and the cashier didn’t apologize and made it seem like it’s my fault that I was overcharged. Because I was using a virtual gift card she said she could not give me back my refund and did not offer any solution eventhough she was the one who careless overcharged me over $10. I then had to bring up that I will be using those $10 to buy something else in which she sighed at me. Proceeding because the store lacks price tags, I went to purchase something that came out to $15. She pointed out that it was $15 and said I had to buy something else in an annoyed manner. I once again went to get another item and came back with exactly $10 worth of groceries to then get annoying glares and sighs as of though I was the one that couldn’t put in a price correctly. For a number of reasons during COVID I choose to wear a mask. Today I went to the sandwich counter to order. In fareness it was busy. I waited for a quite a few minutes, without any acknowledgement of my presence as others came and went. I went and got the other items I wanted, returned a waited. Still no acknowledgement of my presence. Finally an unmasked man came along, and got IMMEDIATE attendtion with his order taken. First time I have felt I was refused service for wearing a mask... While waiting for my food, several customers were able to place an order in store and receive their food before my food was ready. Finally, a lady asked what I was waiting on. I responded that I was waiting on an online order and that I had already spoken to someone. The worker then handed me a bag that had been sitting on the counter for quite sometime.
