I wanted to walk into WTS for a long time. I finally entered last week and was very happy that I did! The store carries unique and familiar fragrant soap which is unlike any I have encountered including Forager's Dream, Lilac and Watermelon. Each soap has a unique message: Domo Arigato! is one such inscription. I purchased five books on fermentation, foraging and forest edibles and basic canning techniques. Each book is handpicked, contains practical how-to knowledge for expanding one's understanding of the networks connecting us to the land, to one another and to bacteria. Beautiful paintings by local artists and DIY cheese-making kits are also available just to get you started. Read moreWhat a cute little shop, with so many different homemade goods!! A friend tagged me in a post when she saw a flamingo mug and I knew I couldn't just buy one and not get one for my mom. The owner(s) spoke with the maker of the mug who then made 2 more! Absolutely amazing customer service. I picked up my mugs today and also left with an anti-itch lotion stick which I'm excited to try.
