Main Street Market — Local services in Town of Windham

In short- Ordered 4 sandwiches the first day- 2 were made entirely wrong. The second time the owner wiped his sweaty forehead with the palm of his hand and then ran his fingers through his hair and made my sandwich without first washing his hands. Also no masks while making our sandwiches and talking loudly probably spraying saliva over the food. Despite it being a mandate to wear masks indoors, there were more than 3 food handlers not wearing a mask including the owner. Also customers were milling about mask-less.

Been going to Todaro's since the 90's. Use to be great. the new management is supremely lackluster and grossly unsanitary.

The single star is for decent products on the shelves. Deli deserves negative stars. The owner's head sweat sandwiches ......

It's incredible to read reviews of a deli that call it a "nice family place" and then bash it for everything else. If the owner talks loud and says bad things about Andrew Cuomo then he's probably a smart guy who can't stand that pusillanimous windbag of a governor who should be in prison for murdering old people in nursing homes with the Corona virus. Ordered chicken parm and their Greek salad for a small house party. Serving for 20 - everyone commented on how fresh and delicious this food was. As good as that was, there was a surprising runaway hit. If you want to taste something different and off-the-hook awesome, order the vegetable-stuffed bread! They grill a yummy combo of veggies, layer that with mozzarella cheese and then stuff that delicious mixture into a large loaf of bread and bake it! 🙌 ...you haven't tasted anything like this before.
