I was looking for a facial that could help skin with sun damage and anti-aging. I'm so glad that I found Skin Concept! As soon as you walk in, they offer you tea and have you fill out a form to learn more about your skin which I liked because they claimed “all treatments are customized to the skin needs and concerns,” so I liked the fact she asked a lot of questions and gave me a skin analysis before my treatment. Not only was the facial so relaxing and enjoyable, but it didn't feel rushed and was so beneficial for my skin. Justyna was also very knowledgeable. I learned so much about my skin and skincare ingredients. After my facial, Justyna created a complete home care skin regimen for my skin to address my sun damage and prevent aging. She wrote down how to use every product and how the products will benefit my skin. She didn’t push any products on me - I felt so confident purchasing what she recommended based on how knowledgeable she was. I felt like I was in a doctor's appointment. They were not lying about being a skin clinic. She even followed up with me a few days after my appointment to check how my skin was doing and if I had any other questions regarding my new product. I had a pretty bad experience… came to get a “prenatal massage” Felt more like a moisturizing session. They took me in 10 minutes late, and massage ended earlier than it should’ve (given that I paid for 60 minutes). I specifically asked my arms to be a main focus since that’s my main problem area and they spent maybe 2 minutes in total rubbing moisturizer to my arms. This did not feel like a professional massage. I was extremely disappointed. Left feeling frustrated and stressed I spent so much money for this kind of service- specially because I’m pregnant and this was supposed to be a special present from my husband. Justina is such a skilled esthetician with a wonderful therapeutic touch. Her face massage is amazing and my skin is always soft and glowing afterwards. I love the peels and quality of skincare products that are being used at skin concept. I never felt more taken care of and trusting that my skin is the best hands with Justina. Knowing what it needs and how to care of my skin hasn’t always been easy but with Justinas help and educating me i have seen much improvement.
