Allsaints Woodbury — Local services in Town of Woodbury

This was one of my favorite stores to visit due to their friendly staff. We used to come here at least 2-3 times a month, but I will not come here anymore. There are about 4 staff members here who has yet to greet us or help us with a size/style. We have been walking in the store for over 30min. STILL no greeting or a word from any of them. I used to enjoy my shopping experience in this store, but am planning to go elsewhere now. I was waiting at the counter for over 10min and still no one, so I had to go and find someone to ring me up. It was a great day shopping at the outlet but I think this “all saints store “ was the best I’ve been in and made my day a great one They had great deals and a nice selection Samantha went above and beyond to make our shopping experience worthwhile She was so accommodating Her customer service is remarkable, she was very welcoming and Pleasant . I miss the old staff from 4+ years ago. Product selection (shoes in particular) used to be super cool and heavily discounted. They also used to get a ton of mainline product transfers. Those days are now slim to none. However, each visit I tend to find at least one or two pieces. Don’t expect staff to greet you or grab additional sizing without you walking around and asking.
