Kohl's — Local services in Town of Woodbury

Had a horrible experience at my FAVORITE Kohl’s. Purchased a SodaStream Terra that came with two empty CO2 cylinders, meaning that the product was used for months and then returned to the store, put back on the floor without being checked, for me to buy. Without the CO2, I couldn’t use my product. Totally unacceptable. I worked customer service and retail for 20 years and you ALWAYS check a product and make sure it’s up to standard before putting it back in inventory! Called the store and the manager (Vivian) was completely cold and unapologetic. Her only solution was to come back to the store and return my item. No compensation. Didn’t offer to send me a new one. I have been a good customer for years and Vivian missed the mark on her role in the customer service department. Totally embarrassing. Now I need to travel another 1 hour round trip to...

Been here before covid, used to get some shirts here, plus the store used to be a lot bigger. Since they added a new business next door, i feel this kohls have shrunk in size. only good thing is the amazon returns location. Went here on 12/11 to purchase a gift card for my mom, checkout person was very rude, as i accidently walked away before she was done- but i paid, just didn't get the receipt. walked back there and apologized but she was still rude. She was even rude as far as me getting another item besides a gift card. *interesting, didn't think it was possible that they could take more away from the menswear, but they did. They even took the bigger fitting room away and gave us a 2 stall fitting room. They are really telling us notto shop in the Woodbury location!!!

They redesigned a few yeaes ago, not for the better. Men's area is much smaller. I couldn't find anything that I had been looking for. I had to go to the Middletown location just to get 3 dress/casual shirt. Not only was I able to find what I was looking for, but the salesperson went above and beyond to get the answers to the questions I had. Miss the old Kohl's. Needless to say I won't be shopping here anymore, sorry CentralValley, Middletown is my new shopping location. Hope giving your space to Aldi's...
