Very disappointed in customer service. I purchased ankle track pants black which was on sale (final sale) for $109. I just wore once and the fabric disintegrating! When I took my pants off the little beads fabric were all over my rug and floor. I tried to shake it outside thinking that this was residual from fabric. However it continues to shed and I cannot wear it. I am very disappointed because this was the first time I spent so much money on a final sale on a pair of track pants but I know Eileen Fisher is known for quality organic materials.
