The staff at this location were very unprofessional and lacked training. I asked to hold an item and was told I could hold it for a max of 2 hours, which I did. When I put my name down on the post-it, an older woman staff walked by and saw I was holding an item and audibly said “ugh”. I then came back to the store 45 min later and was told the item that I had held was already given to someone else and if they didn’t want it then I could have it back. I asked why the item had been given away and was provided a bunch of excuses. The other customer ended up wanting the item, and I lost the last item in that size. They told me I would have to call a different location to get another one shipped to me, which ended up costing an additional $15 for shipping (with additional tax from that location).
If staff can’t hold items for their customers, then that should be stated upfront. The staff also had a poor attitude the whole time and were not apologetic about the situation at all, even putting down the other...

Before they moved to their new location, the sales associates were friendlier and more welcoming. Don't know what happened. Out of the 10 times I've visited, I felt welcomed maybe twice. Only the older sales associates (1 is asian, I think Chinese and 1 white woman) have been helpful. Today, a sales associate glared at me and looked me up and down. A few times, when I visited, people were chatting at the register and stared me down as I looked through the racks. They think they work at Chanel or something.
