I've been to this outlet many times. It's a very basic store with some good stuff if you hunt around enough. Last year I got a great cashmere sweater for $40 that I absolutely love. I went back this spring and got what I thought was another 100% cashmere sweater for a great price plus an athletic pullover. Unfortunately, I was with a friend and didn't have the time to try it on both things.
When I got home and tried on both things, the sweater was incredibly itchy because it not all cashmere and it was mixed with wool and angora.... I also tried on an XL pullover that I purchased and it was swimming on me. I took back the sweater and the pull over and the sales girl with brown long curly hair could not have been ruder. She was shouting at me about the return policy and only swapped out the XL pullover for a size medium. I'm convinced she did that because she wanted the XL pullover for herself.
I highly doubt I will be shopping here again. The staff is extremely unprofessional high school students that need adult supervision. When I bought the cashmere sweater two girls were shouting and arguing with one another about folding shirts. Read moreWorth my three hour drive! Customer service was friendly, welcoming and outgoing. We had a fun time at the register with the most amazing sales associate (I wished I had asked his name.). The sales associate on the floor was really nice and answered my questions about the clearance rack and timelines for winter themed shirts. Later in the day, I returned for a price adjustment, that she honored—even though it was placed on a discounted shelf by accident. We received waters and stickers too!
