Hands down, the angriest I've ever been with a food establishment. Been there twice and had a terrible experience both times. The first time, I waited in the drive through for a really long time and received an open bag of chips with my sub so I had to go inside. There was not a single customer in there, so what in the world took so long in the drive thru? That was months ago. Tonight, I went through the drive thru again and ordered a 6-inch sub, chips, and a drink. I waited at the window for 10 min without a single person talking to me. I saw one employee, with her takeout dinner, fix herself something to drink. Saw this same girl walk by the window 3 times but she never acknowledged me. Man, I was thirsty. Wish someone would give me the drink I had ordered. Finally, I drove around and went inside. There was 1 customer in line and not another customer in the store, but 3 employees behind the counter. I flipped my lid. I asked for the manager, who only is there in the mornings, Nate told me. I proceeded to go off on all three of them for leaving me outside so long. Tammy and Nate were apologetic, apparently they are instructed to wait on inside customers first. I told them I would be complaining to the manager and took their names, except for the girl who looked at me 3 times through the window while making her own drink. She made it clear that she wasn't "on the clock yet." She looks a bit familiar to me, I think she's the employee that left me waiting the last time, but I can't say for sure. So, if you're hangry and wanting a sub, do yourself a favor and either go inside to order (avoid that drive thru!) or better yet, drive on down to Cherrydale and get your sub in under 3 min without even getting out of your car. I'll be doing the latter. Note to management and staff: if you don't want drive-thru customers, put a note on the drive-thru speaker. Or at least inform drive thru customers that you'll be making their order dead last after inside customers, or just whenever you're finally clocked in...
Read moreMy wife, son and I came here on a Saturday around 1130. I asked the lady before I ordered if I could use multiple coupons, just out of curiosity. She told me I would have to be rung up multiple times, to which I responded "that's fine let's ring it up multiple times" she got visibly upset and walked to the back for a few minutes, I guess to cool down. Then when she came out she displayed very poor customer service. The other guy came out of the back and was very much more friendly than she was. But, the poor service was hard to ignore. Then when we checked out they notified us there was no ice at all in the whole building. A large group of construction workers came in after me, around 5 of them. The same lady was so rude to them that they all simultaneously left. I think this location could be a really good place and I understand people have bad days but this didn't seem like a...
Read moreThe drive up screen had spanish only feature, it gave directions in spanish, all words were in spanish. I DON'T SPEAK NOR READ SPANISH. The employees didn't know what to do. I felt a 2 year old ordering by pictures. I also thought if you ordered something toasted that would in an oven, not a microwave. I gave employee a punch card to earn free sub, they didn't know what that was. I know it's hard to find and keep employees, either train them or preform what they have learned. It no wonder they quit, you throw them in the fire without a fire extinguisher. I tried to apologize for getting upset but it was too late for that. Find managers, pay them for what they are worth and assistance managers and do them the same way, to...
