MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Tredyffrin Township

I ordered two pizzas online through the MOD Pizza website. I placed the order at 5:30pm and the website stated that the pizzas would arrive at 6:20pm. Well 6:20pm came and past with no updates from MOD Pizza and no pizzas, so I had to go out of my way and call the delivery hotline for MOD Pizza. Once I called at 6:30pm the representative told me that 3 drivers were put on the delivery and all canceled and there was no one coming. She placed me on hold and told me that she had found a driver that was 3 minutes away. I then asked if the pizzas would still be fresh and warm since the pizzas were suppose to arrive at 6:20pm. She assured me that the store wouldn't send out cold pizzas, but as you can guess the pizzas arrived rock hard and cold and one of the pizzas had a hair with lint inside the pizza that I noticed when I went to reheat the pizza and the other was missing cheese on half of it. At this point I couldn't have been any more frustrated since I was lied to from MOD Pizzas customer support twice. I called the support hotline once again to make them aware of my issues and that I was driving to the store to ask for two new pizzas, but to my surprise I was hung up on by the male representative probably because he was tired of hearing how bad the service of his company was. In conclusion I ordered a pizza at 5:30pm and spent more money to have it delivered but ended up having to drive there to get new pizzas and didn't end up getting to eat it until 8:30pm. I called their customer support number to share my negative experience to possibly help them fix the issues that streamlined my terrible experience but no one answers and it forwards to voicemail lol. Make this a warning to you that their delivery service is absolute garbage and that their customer support is rude and...

In the past few visits a lot of waiting and bad service, if you have a short break do not go there for any pickup the average waiting time is 15-20 plus minutes, false Advertising from them if you pick from online order . No manager was present every time I was there and usually is around noon on the weekend when usually go for my break. This last visit a client fot a wrong order and he asked to be fixed, one Yung lady didn't fix the problem and be sorry for the mistake. The client let not happy, and I can said the employees one in particular was rude and didn't care about the customer experience.

Finlay after 20+ minute waiting and see them doing prepping and organizing for half of the time I got my pizza.

I wish I was able to speak with a manager but the manager wan not there, MAYBE THIS IS THE PROBLEM...!!

This place I rated 5 stars one time, now is less then one Star because this is not a pizza place this supposed to be people place...

Kevin greeted us from the get go and made the MOD experience the best we ever had. From the start he showed his passion for the restaurant and wanted to be there. When making our pizzas Kevin explained everything from sizes, different toppings and sauces. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to get our orders right. For example, when I said “I want some pepperoni” and “I want some mushrooms” he made sure to emphasize it back to me and gave me the exact amount asked, not too few and not too much overloading the pizza. I really liked that about this MOD location. After, the ordered pizzas came out quick and tasted great. Pizzas were not burned or undercooked like I have experienced at other locations in different states across the country. Moreover, Kevin was friendly, got to know us, gave us some knowledgeable information about the city and overall was pleasant to talk to. We will definitely be back to this place not only to eat these amazing pizzas in this fantastic atmosphere, but to definitely say hi to Kevin. Thank you very much for this...
