My mom, sister, my best friend, and I came with here to try on wedding dresses for my upcoming wedding. Finding availability for an appointment quickly was easy and there was no deposit to book which was a bonus! When we checked in and we were shown to our room where we met our bridal stylist, Grace. When booking, they ask you to provide your top favorite gowns on their website for them to pull for you but they also give you time to look at their entire selection at your appointment in case any spark your interest in person! I really appreciated this, because a lot of bigger bridal boutiques will take your vision and pull dresses for you, but I'm a control freak, so I loved getting to pick my own. My entire appointment was 1 hour and 45 minutes, and it was amazing from start to finish. Every staff member in the bridal area made me feel so special. Grace was exceptionally wonderful! She was fun, kind, trustworthy, and captured my style and vision perfectly. She styled me head to toe, and I purchased my gown, veil, and accessories based on her recommendations! I dont think anyone in this store has any knowledge about the company they work for. I asked the store person if i could do an online gift card, she said no i absolutely couldn’t it has to be instore, a day later my friend told me that i absolutely could, and showed me where on the website. So i go back and return it to the store because I wanted the gift card to be sent out immediately on a specific day and save me the hassle of mailing it. Now that i have returned the gift card, its been 5 days that I haven’t received my money back. I call the customer care and they say we got nothing to do with the store. I call the store and they say it can be upto 30 days. Great!! Are you guys doing this on purpose? Misguiding your customers? I wish the service was nearly pricey as the price tag on your products and not like a run down...
