Beyond Juicery + Eatery — Restaurant in Troy

It was pretty busy in beyond juice when i entered i have worked in customer service for well over 12 years. I put my order in at 7:30pm there were two people in front of me a family behind me i put my order in and watched the two people in front of me get their orders. I then get my food and was still waiting on my smoothie. The family behind me then gets all of their smoothies. I ask the girl who took my order can you make sure they have my order without even looking she looked at me and said yeah we only have three people working it’s going to be a while. I said oh ok. I then watched 5 other people get their orders and the people who skipped the line get their orders. I stepped back up and asked if they can just refund me because it was now 8:00 and i had clearly been skipped they asked me my name i told them and they all looked around for the receipt of course couldn’t find it. They then “refunded” my money by printing a copy of my receipt(not of the refund) but of my order. Hopefully it will be back in my account in 2 days like the girl said.. no apology , no “oh gosh let me make it for you right now” no nothing. I totally understand them being busy and even gave them a chance to continue to get my smoothie to me but nope they continued to make 7 other peoples order’s before mine. If the girl who took my order would have just looked for my order when i asked about it then everything would have been just fine. I hope to goodness this doesn’t happen on a day to day basis there. Whatever staff worked on Thursday 7/18/24 in the evening need to please be re-trained. The food and service was just beyond bad. I get the food industry is hard because I once worked in it but every sandwich was missing multiple ingredients and it was made so carelessly.

My avocado turkey sandwich was SLATHERED in hummus that it initially made me think it was a tuna sandwich when I first opened it. It was MISSING avocado, like 98% of the romaine lettuce, cheese, and like 95% of the turkey! I couldn’t even eat it cuz who would want to eat a hummus filled pita?! The picture shows the literal ONE piece of turkey!

The southwest sandwich was missing corn, tortilla strips, and Parmesan cheese.

The cilantro chicken was missing romaine lettuce and barely had any chicken in it.

All the sandwiches were sloppy, flat messes with so much sauce that it leaked whenever you took a bite. The pic is of the actual turkey avocado sandwich (other half untouched) and they definitely don’t look like the ad lol. Sure it’s just sandwiches but when I order $50 worth of food I expect it to be edible and be what I ordered.
