I’ve never had good service, they are always rude. I’ve given chance after chance since I work in the mall, and waited a while before reviewing. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich, which they had an example of in the window. The chicken patty that I got was completely different than the one they had as an example. They definitely pulled a switcheroo. When I asked why they looked completely different, the guy disregarded me, then when I asked again he said “they are same kind”. I was like they obviously aren’t, just look at the difference, then he says “oh yea this one is better quality”. Yea right, it was a rubber hockey puck chicken patty. Overall experience with their food was average for a food court. We had the gyros and tabbouleh, and the gyros was alright but the tabbouleh was very bland and seemed to lack dressing. The staff did provide us with oil and lemon when we asked but they were not the most accommodating.

Overall, the service was below average. Then gentlemen working were a bit too stern and seemed to be annoyed about our questions. Nevertheless they weren't rude and still helped us with our asks.

Very very rude staff. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. It was 5:30 pm and the mall was closing at 6:00 pm. I walked up to the register just wanting to purchase something to drink. Before I could even say anything the guy says "no, we're closed." I start to walk away and two younger guys come up and he starts taking their order.
