Sparkling customer service skills so it’s no surprise the employees are the way that they are. Prepare to fly through the line too. Annie (Director) you always have a smile and you’re always willing fix employees mistakes. I’ve never seen a director of a restaurant with the poise of a much older woman. She has it! Her attitude is just as polished as her uniform shirt. I hope in the next leadership meeting she’s honored and gets a raise. I hope she trains everyone else how to make fresh, edible food with every ounce of her wonderful presentation. Need a new milkshake, she’s your girl. I’ll be returning, thanks! I made sure to commend her to leadership. I hope in her next meeting they use her to set an example of active listening skills, body language, and problem solving. I’ve never seen a director of a restaurant with the attitude of a 16 year old girl. She has it! Rolling eyes, cutting customers off, no eye contact, no apology, no smile, no escalation skills.
