I went to go buy some ice cream for my kid and the guy was still serving and when we went to go in yo buy ice cream, the man slammed shut the door on us and told us that the store was closed and my kid saw that and he left the store disappointed. Total Ripoff and customer service is awful. If I could rate this store negative, I would do that. I ordered a dazzler for my 3 year old for $9 and the person making it put 2 scoops of ice cream instead of 3 and filled the cup with strawberry, blueberry, and whipped cream and then chuckling with his buddies in the back about what a great job he did cheating customer of there money by not even giving a portion that a customer was paying for. My son was running away in the mall so i simply paid the cashier to go grab my son and later realizing that i was completely ripped off when i started feeding my 3-year old the Sunday. The store has too many attendants but the quality of customer services is awful and looks like the the attendants are trained to serve a lower portion. It was a...

update12/2/21 I went back today and the manager was the nicest guy!! We talked about the cost of everything going up and I honestly want to say our chat made me want to pay the higher prices. The shake is delicious, as always, way better then any other place, but the customer service is unmatched. So happy I went back!! If you know any hard workers send them there, because they are hiring and need more great ppl working there like the manager!!

Just an FYI, the prices have definitely gone up. I usually pay about $6.88 for a small dulce de leche shake from here. Today it cost $8.96 so this is the last time I'll buy a milkshake from them. Shake shake...

I just had the Cookies n’ Cream shake from Haagen Dazs, and wow—it was insanely good! Super creamy, rich, and full of those cookie chunks that make every sip feel like a treat. Honestly, it hit the spot perfectly.

But what really made the experience even better was Maribel! She was so sweet and kind, made me feel really welcome, and took the time to make sure everything was just right. It’s not every day you get such genuine, friendly service. Big thanks to her for making my visit such a good one! Bought a Coffee flavored ice cream for Gramma, really enjoyed it!
