Enrolling my son, Viyan, at MDC has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. He has always loved to perform, but under the mentorship of Vinoth & Mathangi, that love has deepened into a true passion for dance.

What makes this school so special is that Mathangi & Vinoth don’t just teach dance, they help shape well-rounded individuals. The values they instill discipline, respect, kindness, teamwork, and humility, shine through in every child they train. They treat every student like their own, and it reflects in how the kids carry themselves on and off stage.

Watching Viyan’s progress has been an emotional and fulfilling journey. His technique, confidence, and joy for dancing have all grown by leaps and bounds, and we truly see how far he has come, thanks to the love, time, and effort Mathangi & Vinoth have invested in him.

We travel over 30 minutes each way every week just to attend their classes, and it’s absolutely worth it. That said, as we discussed earlier please consider opening a new branch in Canton! ;-) There’s a growing community here that would love to have a school like yours nearby.

Best Indian dance school in midwest! I initially checked google reviews and thought they were made up but after I started learning here, MDC exceeded all my expectations. The owners and faculty are very professional and they really care about the students. Their year end show Maya is easily the biggest Indian dance school show in the area. We do year round practice for that. Apart from that, MDC also provides us with avenues to participate in various other performances and events. One of the best decisions I've made in 2024 is to join Mathangi Dance Company. I wish I had done it sooner, but it’s been an eventful journey, and I’ve learned many choreographies and made friends for life. The instructors, Vinoth and Mathangi, are passionate about the craft and pour their soul into MDC.
