After I got home and tried to eat the food I realized why there were no other customers eating in or in the drive through. I tried to use a "Two Can Dine" coupon that did not expire until December. The cashier said "we don't have two can dine anymore." If you are not going to take coupons, put a sign on the door or better yet QUIT PRINTING THEM. That's false advertising. So I had to order the WAY overpriced meals. I ordered the three piece with a breast. What I got and was charged for was a big box and I was still charged a substitution fee too. I don't appreciate being cheated, first by not accepting the coupon and then being charged for the wrong order. I should not have to check behind the staff but obviously I should have. Then they gave me potatoes instead of fries. So I had to go back in for that. Then when I got home the chicken was not edible. I HATE to waste food but I had no choice. One piece was so crunchy it was like eating rocks. The other one was stale / overcooked. It was literally garbage - probably cooked hours earlier or maybe even at lunchtime or the day before. The fries were shoestring (which I have never seen at KFC) and not good and were stale. I should have gotten a clue when I got there (7:45 P.M.) and the place was deserted - not a customer in sight. Read moreI’m going to start by sharing my ORDER NO. 8298521. I know the restaurant is on the struggle bus, but it’s the only KFC close by, so I gave it a shot. I ordered online, because I was hopeful to get fresh chicken. Well, when I arrived, I realized I had to go inside to retrieve my order…in the rain. There was maybe one other car there. My order was supposed to be ready at 2:11, I arrived at 2:06. The lady who waited on me was very sweet, and she earned the only star here. When she handed me my bags, she said, “is there anything else you need?” I said, “some sauces for my chicken tenders..” which was part of the order. I got a 4 piece meal with a side and a drink, 8piece chicken bucket with 8piece tenders, 2 mashed potatoes, coleslaw and 4 biscuits. When I got home 20 minutes later, I realized why she looked at me funny when I asked for sauces. Because there were NO CHICKEN TENDERS…ZERO…ZILCH…NADA. The 8 pieces of chicken we got were either fried in old grease or reheated one too many times, and I only got one order of mashed potatoes. To top it off, no one answers when I try to call. Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. I tried to place a family order for the 10 piece bucket last week. I was told that was a specialty order and that I had to call that order in because it takes 45 minutes to prepare. Which was very weird. I have tried calling 10 times today and they have the phone off the hook. I then placed the order online. I arrived at my pick up time. They have a huge sign on the door saying to pick up mobile orders inside. However, the door is locked. I stood there knocking for 5 minutes while 3 different employees looked at me and one walked by me. The one that walked by went out of the other door. I walked around to ask her what the issue was and she advised me that you have to pick up Mobile order via the drive thru. Despite the huge sign at the front saying to pick up mobile orders inside. I then proceeded to the drive thru to give my name and make them aware I was picking up a mobile order. She stated it would be an additional 20 minute wait and for me to call the customer.
