this was the worst experience at krystals ever....i came inside and was told 3 different times that she would be right with me but waited 10 mins just to order..we ordered the 12 krystal combo. we waited 20 mins to get our food. the bag she put the krystals in was already too little and tight fitting. I fixed our drinks and picked the bag up. of course it tore apart and our food started to fall out. I caught it but asked the girl for another bag...instead of her giving me a BIGGER bag, she gets the same size bag and starts grabbing the burgers and throwing them in the other bag and getting her hands all over them. I just took our food and left. we got all the way home and started eating. my husband picked up his burger and he looked at it and said someone took a BITE out of it. yes I said A BITE. I immediately called back up there and supposedly talked to a manager. I told her everything that happened and she was talking about making me another order if I came back up there. I just came out and said no I just want a refund. she said ok will u be by here tonight and I told her yes I will. it took longer than we expected cause I have an old foot injury and it started acting up, but we got there and we just drove up to the drive thru window since my foot was hurting too much to put pressure on it. I asked the girl at the window for a manager and she acted like she didn't want to get one but then finally confessed that she was the manager and asked if we had the receipt and brought the food back. i said no cause i wasnt told to do that. we threw the food away and no the girl didnt give us a receipt. she then said she didnt have a manager swipe card and didn't want to give my money back now that I have driven all the way back up there. they kept coming back up to the window asking if I wanted a refund. I kept telling them yes. I need my 18$ so we can go get something else to eat. the original girl from before started saying call trussville police up here on her. I said what is trussville going to do besides get my money back? the supposed manager then gets on the phone with someone and wouldn't give me my money back. found out she was calling the REAL manager. she just basically ignored me. it ended up I had to call trussville police myself just to get my money back. i won't be back to TRUSSVILLE KRYSTALS. ill drive the distance to Tarrant next time. they r a lot nicer anyway. besides I wouldn't have given them a 1 star but that was the only way I could leave a comment. The manager was NOTIFIED by my daughter and myself about the situation. But let me say this. BOTH were WRONG. ( from what I heard on the phone for 12 mins before her side arrived) If 1 employee is fired about this situation.. then BOTH should be. As well as the employee that came from behind the counter toward my child.. in which she got up and exited the store. ALL I ASK IS VIEW THE CAMERA.. The manager told my daughter she WASNT FIRED be there at 2:00 Friday READY TO APOLOGIZE to one another and Ready to work. Well Friday come.. She entered the store and was told to LEAVE she is FIRED. And the person that TOLD her to BE THERE wouldn’t even ANSWER HER PHONE. These ladies have their picks on who they want to stay AND go. And that’s NOT How to run a business. The Other lady should be Fired as well. Her words was just as bad as my daughters… The Head manager DAUGHTER Fired my child on Wednesday.. Kind of glad she’s not employed there anymore because Everybody up there are some kin in some kind over way.. whether they are in a relationship with one another or they mother and daughter OR besties.. and mines didn’t have a CHANCE… not good to make the new person do ALL THE HARD labor work like a ROBOT and you stand there stacking CUPS… The Place NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!! ASAP! For the People ‼️UPDATE‼️ Ms. Jackie bought my daughter BACK in today.. TO ONLY LET HER DAUGHTER FIRE HER AGAIN HOURS LATER!! Saying she was on her phone!!! Read moreWould not even give 1 star. Rude employees and poor management. Will not go back to this location ever again. Wrote to corporate. We were in the drive-thru line, and we were asked to pull forward after ordering. The car in front of us would not pull up enough so that we could. I tried to tell the cashier, but she would not open the window. She mouthed "pull up" with the window closed. I said we can't while also pointing. She refused to acknowledge what I was saying and even looked around as if she were looking for something in her work area so to avoid eye contact. After the 5th time mouthing through the window, she slung the window open and yelled, "MOVE UP!" I just said "No"... "No, we can't move." she then proceeded to turn around and yell for Management because" the b** at the window refused to move and told me NO." Management came to the window, the cashier stood behind the manager mouthing the entire time while I explained.. the manager asked US to leave.. of course, backed her employee, and never apologized for anything. Even with the employee cursing and yelling in the background. She wanted us to leave so the employee would calm down.. instead of addressing the issue.. or listening. We got our refund, no food, and when leaving, the employee came out of the restaurant still yelling because she was told no.. I wish I had thought of recording the incident. We will never go back.
