Western Oregon Dispensary - Lake Oswego — Local services in Tualatin

I thought this was the best place, nice people close to home, fair pricing, but boy was I wrong. I recently spend over 150 dollars on two newer devices on the market plus other items so over 200 dollars total.... I been using herb for over 25 years by the way and use it as medicine. And i had nothing but burnt flavors right out the box on both devices! With 3 second draws! I came back to this establishment 2 days later because i cannot stand the burnt plastic taste of the two devices. I told the worker today about the issues with the expensive product. BTW, (I spent more money at the store today to, stupid)And the worker said i need a paper reciept?! Umm sorry my purchase history is in the computer along with the order # electronically stored is it not? The worker was VERY rude and did NOTHING for the issue on the two new 2 gram piff stix. I spend hundreds of dollars per visit at least twice a week!... You lost me as a costumer for not caring and being absolutley ignorant to the fact that the product i bought from your store is BAD. I told you in a kind way and expected kindess back. I still bought more product today almost 200 dollars worth again. That is the last time. And i hope the owner chooses better staff...

I moved cities a few months ago and was looking for a new local dispensary that had good prices and great service and it took me a few stops to finally find Western Oregon Dispensary but I’m so glad I did. I realize that everyone kind of has the same products except for this dispensary here they have unique and different in the best high-quality products for reasonable price and I think that’s half the reason I go the other half is just the unbelievable welcoming and loving energy that you would only hope for when walking into one of these places everyone seems to enjoy their work there and the quality of life is definitely popping shout out to the whole team. The two star rating might mislead you, I purchased some kundalini cartridges and had leaking issues with the battery that I bought. And as a result, I had to go back to the store to find out if they could do anything for me . So I had a be a little crafty too, have a fair fight. Rob, I think he’s the owner was wanting to be fair and he tried every way to be fair, but I guess due to so many people trying to get over on someone else they think that everyone’s a liar .
