I am laughing at all of these "Great Customer Service" reviews after an employee of this company had to be escorted to a back room by a woman that was also working there after becoming so hostile and yelling that it obviously became a problem which resulted in him being escorted away! This place doesn't even deserve one star for there outrageous customer service. I have never in my life been to a business where the employee was so angry and hostile. On top of all of this they get of here and tell lies because they know they messed up and can't take responsibility and wasn't at all willing to help up with the repair that they just made. Instead lie about the condition and try to charge full price again a day and a half later.
Dropped my sons phone off at this place on a Saturday to have screen and camera fixed and was told it would be ready on Tuesday. The phone was not ready for pick up until Wednesday. Upon arrival I asked what the warranty for the repairs was and the guy couldn't give me a straight answer and after beating around the bush told me two weeks. I told him I would bring it back if there were any issues with min 24-48 hours after my son checked it out. Took the phone back at opening on Friday morning because the screen was not working again. My son was told he would have to pay for the repair again and after getting involved they are now refusing to repair my sons phone that was picked up less than 2 days ago. WARNING TO ALL OTHERS DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Now they are trying to lie and say that my son dropped it in 24 hours and broken it again. Read moreNot particularly thrilled. I took my phone in last week to have the screen replaced. I was told that they had to order the screen. Not a problem. I was told the screen would be in by Friday. Thursday I got a call that the screen was in and I can bring my phone in. Great news. On Thursday when I went to drop it off to be fixed they said it would be an hour or so before it was ready so I told them I would come pick it up on Friday. Friday morning I received a message that they received the wrong screen and that the new one would be in that afternoon. Friday afternoon comes around and I get a message that the shipment has been delayed and won't be in until Saturday. Shipping problems are understandable, what upsets me is that when I received my phone on Sunday, The stylist does not click back into place anymore, the button on the back of the phone is loose, and there was some type of adhesive sticking out around all of the edges where the phone pieces clicked together. I feel like my phone was in better condition with a cracked screen...
Read moreCracked my phone screen glass and took it into uBreakiFix. They couldn't complete the repair because of their policy with Samsung as an approved service center (100% fixes or not at all) and my phone camera failed an auto-focus release diagnostic, so they reversed the repair and told me some options like getting a new phone, finding another shop, and basically everything except keeping my business for themselves.
So I go here and Moe and Cici (sorry if misspelled, I don't know the spellings) told me that they could order OEM parts (original manufacturer parts) and do the same repair for about the same price ($280 + tax vs $335 for OLED screen and battery replacement on Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra). Once the parts arrived the next day, I dropped my phone off and my phone was fixed within an hour and 30 minutes. My only pet peeve was that I didn't receive an email or text notification that the parts arrived, though Moe told me it was sent out. Possible typo or system glitch, but besides that, the phone repair has been working...
