While the selection is okay, I was interrogated by the cashier on where I was from as if the store isn't open to the average American public. I was made to feel unwelcome and made to feel that not being Arab or Afghan presenting meant that I was an outsider who didn't belong. I enjoy shopping at international food markets. To be criticized for enjoying foreign food felt cruel. He was trying so hard to get me to align my beliefs and interests with his own instead of realising that America is where many different people come together. All in all I was made uncomfortable because I don't identify as my parents but rather as my own self. My ethnicity is not my entire identity. Unfortunately, the Arab Muslim Community's has been pressing this issue in order to have an excuse to be included or to take control of my financial interests including my legal compensation of which a large part is restitution that they themselves have had to pay for being shitty to me for over 16 years. Based on our experince we had from this store they dont deseve even one star. Me and my family had very bad experience today at this store. Before there was a guy working and his name was Ghani and he was great. I remember he worked hard and made this store great environment that customer could come and shop with confident. But few days he is not working anymore there and new people are working there. They have no idea about customer service and selling the store items very expensive. When I asked that where is Ghani because he had great customer service and gave us the reasonable price. These news guys told us that Ghani didn't know any thing and had no idea about the prices.

These new guys rushed my family to make the purchase quick and leave which is unacceptable. As long as these guys working in this store no one wanted to go there and shop. I hope the owner take action quickly and train these new guys, otherwise the owner lose this...

The worst place. I spent about $300. Believe me. I thought it's our afghans and trust him. The ground beef I bought garbage the ready food like rice stuff like that garbage some other stuff expired date. After that I am sorry I give up on afghan store. Not all of them but most you be carful pay attention on expiration date and watch out for ground beef they grind and fatty stuff and sell it. I have no problem to pay extra but sell quality stuff.
