We’ve noticed that some of the products being sold, particularly those marked for sale, have not met the expected quality standards. Additionally, there seems to be an increase in prices that doesn’t quite align with what we expect from a customer-centric business.

This was my fav go to place for Indian grocery and veggies until the last time I bought 10$ worth lichis which the shopkeeper said is super sweet and the best lichis they got so far and it all turned out to be super sour and some had fungii on it. I also bought cumin seeds and dried coriander seeds which stinked the moment I tore open the packet. I tried to search for the expiry date and saw that the packets were scratched with black marker pens to make the dates invisible. After trying hard to view it under light I got to see the best by date was 2017. I was flabbergasted and shocked to see this. This implied that the shop owners knowingly scratched the expiry date to make it invisible and sell that product to customers? This is heights. I am so upset about this. I am going to report them to health and drug Dept . I am not going to return to them ever and would like to advise every reader to please check expiry on everything before you buy from them. I went to this store, few days back and got so many fresh vegetables. The guy who manages the veggie section was so helpful and took good vegetables for me. I highly recommend this place to buy groceries and vegetables. I bought 4 bunches of MOCCUROD leaves from the Royal Bazaar was just a tremendous place to buy and never find at any other shop. Than we also bought tur daal, Sujata chakki aata and some dryfruits. There is an employee who’s from Maharashtra, so we enjoyed to talk with him in Marathi language and he showed us all dry fruit varieties. My family like this place a lot because of the manager at the front desk for billing is so good and genuine. He was making us laugh and the marketing skills that he has is amazing 🤩😂 Overall experience was 9/10.
