THIS IS WITH CACTUS JACKS CAMELBACK.....THEY DO NOT DESERVE EVEN A 1 STAR BBB HERE I COME.... At 1st with the reviews I had read we thought it would be a good place to purchase a vehicle rather 2 vehicles. We had set up payments to be auto withdrawn from our bank accounts being we are out of town where we have no service these payments were being taken out of our account by the "dealership" with no issues up until November which we did not realize they were no longer taking payments from our account, This place never once reached out to us regarding this issue by mail or phone in fact the number that they supposedly reached out to was never a phone number we had. We called numerous times to figure out the situation and resolve it the best we can as soon as we could. The male by the name of Luis kept telling us oh you guys are fine just update your bank info and pay more of what you can so we agreed and proceeded we called the very next day and spoke to a lady in the office and she took our info we made the payments. (she was actually nice) called back the next week to do the same and all of a sudden they were instructed to not speak to us we had to call Luis back which I did he as well told me that as long as we are making payments and keeping the bal under a certain amount owed we would be find. A week later after that I received a letter from their attorney stating Cactus Jacks was in process of repossessing our cars that they no longer hold the obligation to work with us. By no means was this all our fault, yes, we should have been more attentive to how and when the payments were being made, but never the less we were diligently working on protecting these cars for they were our daily drivers. I called this Luis back and explained what I had received and he told me that it was no longer a discussion and hung up on me, we then called the finance office and the little girl in there proceeded to tell us that we to stupid to own a car that we should no if money was being taken from our account or not then she proceeded to hang up as well. They came and took one of my vehicles however the other one was still gone out of town due to work. This luis guy calls and stated I have been harboring my car and he has a court order stating I have to give him the car which is fine business is business I told him the car would be back today and taken to the dealer he stated YES IT BETTER OR ELSE. I have notified who I needed. I do not appreciate being threatened or intimidated by NO NONE, I am a polite business woman and I deserve to be treated accordingly I was by no means rude or nasty to this MAN or this company what so ever I will do everything in my power to make sure companies do not treat their customers whom are respectful and communicable like I was treated these few months. UPDATE {03/21/22}: After a few weeks of having our car we noticed that the driver side AC went out and was blowing out hot air but the passenger side was working, the push to start works when it wants, and our car is leaking oil. My husband called in and spoke with Lisa to schedule to have our car worked on February 25th and told him to bring it in for the day so they can work on the issues (never mentions anything about a deductible or paying for the maintenance) but due to me being sick I wasn’t able to make the scheduled maintenance appointment. We call today (03/21/22) to reschedule the appointment because the problems are still present and when we called we spoke to the manager he was so rude from the jump. He then tells us that before we bring our car in we have to pay a $299 deductible to have our car worked on. Mind you when we purchased the car with Lisa she told us we would have 4 years of free service maintenance on our car & never mentioned a deductible. The manager is so rude and unprofessional and now we are stuck with a car that doesn’t properly work & the manager is stuck on us paying a deductible that we shouldn’t have to pay when they themselves said we’d have free maintenance for 4 Years because that’s the policy they have. I would not recommend getting a car from here because all we’ve ran into after a swift and fast purchase is nothing but problems with the car and now the company. How do you sell someone a car with problems and then tell them they have to pay to have the car they sold you fixed??

Thought I was getting a great car and a great group of people to help me improve my credit but all I got was kids, a broken car they would let me take back on day 2, a unforgiving bank, a new ticket and of course in the end a repo on my credit. Day 2 I tried to return the vehicle even after paying for 3 warranties and 2100 down they wouldn't let me told me my warranty they could fix it, yet didn't have a loner, couldn't tell me when it would be done and I couldn't pick where I wanted my vehicle serviced, then comes the lies about tags and registration the dealer will told me it would be 50 to 100 in a couple weeks, in 3 days I was being charged 250 for my plates and was told if I didn't pay they wouldn't give me my plates and they would take the car back. Then came the insurance part I told will before I got there I wouldn't be able to drive away today cause I didn't hav e insurance yet, he told me it was covered in my monthly bill with them only to get pulled over a month later and ticketed for not having insurance and then came the registration suspended cause of the insurance. Turns out I was suppose to get liability that they only put compression on the vehicle to cover their own butts if the car was wtwteck. Then I was charged 245 and no one at the bank could tell me it was for. Complete waste of my time I lost 2 jobs over my transportation being taken I would never refer this place to anyone.
