Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Tucson

Unfortunately this trip wasn't a great experience. I had 2 drinks a blended lemonade and a pomegranate soda. It was a little busy, only 4 cars. When I got to the window, the lady making my drinks was rushing too fast. She called out my drinks which I didn't hear clearly over the blender. She was just about done and I realized she'd blended both drinks. A blended soda water becomes flat. I pointed out the mistake and she kindly remade the drink. Still rushing around, she poured the syrup, opened the soda water can and SQUEEZED the can to make it come out faster. This made the drink foam up and out of the measuring cup. Because of this, she packed my cup COMPLETELY full with ice. I mean there wasn't room to fit in 1 more cube. By this point I was fed up and took what she gave me. When I got home, I took all the ice out of the cup to see how much drink I received. My large cup literally was only half full with soda water w/syrup. Very very disappointed. There was no real need for this because there were only 4 cars due to the construction going on at their driveway. In these financial times, drinks like this are a splurge treat. Some locations are just better at getting the drinks right in my experience. My advice is make sure you listen carefully to what they call out. If you couldn't hear, make them...

I placed an order online and got there and it was nowhere to be found but the lovely young lady was super sweet and saw it was paid for in the app and she said ( let me make it for you) and then looked and said ( I’m thinking our mobile app ordering is sending orders to our wilmot and 22nd location because your not the only one who has been placing orders for here and it’s somewhere else) I said well Dutch bro need to double check that app before we use it and I swear she said ( contact them and they would have to readd the rewards or issue a gift card to use because we’re not supposed to remake them but because most of us know you from our auto mall location it’s fine) I didn’t care about paying for it but she insisted and she deserves a award or lunch because she could have told me to go to the other locations but she didn’t and was super nice.

I did notice that when she made my strawberry smoothie it supposed to be blended and it wasn’t but it fine The blended coffee had a little bit too much sugar in it but woke me up

Always quick service and very accommodating. I go here so much they know me and know exactly what I want. I love this place! Christy, {I believe her name is} knows exactly how I want my Double Chocolate Mocha Freeze, no soft top or whipped cream, with chocolate drizzle all around in and through up and down. {In other words, Alot of chocolate. syrup!} But to the entire staff at the Speedway and Alvernon location,....
