I bought a pair of Nintendo Switch joy cons for $70 and was told they were tested and worked perfectly. When I got home I hooked them up to my system and noticed that the light was dim on the left one and the right stick was missing it's rubber. A week later I went to play Mario cart and noticed that the SR didn't work at all and the ZL was sticky for the left side. I went in and was told that I would be called by the owner after they were looked at and that I would get a refund/free repair/replacement, when I was called by the owner he said that it would cost me $20 for the repair because they don't have the joy cons in the system I was like that's not my fault I bought them from this store maybe 2 weeks ago at this point and then he asked if he should do the repair I told him NO I didn't want the repair. I went in a few days later to pick up said joy cons and he did the repair anyways and would have been forced to pay the $20 to have the joy cons, it ended up only being $5 but that is because we traded in a...

This store has bits of everything. Modern and retro games, consoles, collectible figures, FUNKO Pops, Pokemon cards and plushies, Lego sets, it's a very eclectic store.

What you will also find are collector prices, some of which you may agree or disagree with, but remember, this is not eBay. A lot of the items in this store are rare and even rarer when they are complete in the box, so what you get is collector prices reflective of collector conditions. They also have a layaway program, which you may find helpful. It's worth a visit whether you are looking for something common or a unique piece to add to your collection.

I can’t say enough great things about Finders Keepers. Jason and Patrick were incredibly patient and dedicated, spending three hours with me to catalog my used games and consoles for trade-in. They were fair, thorough, and genuinely cared about giving me the best experience possible.

The store itself is a retro gamer’s dream—the selection is huge, with so many treasures to browse through. But what truly sets this place apart is the community. While I was there, several regulars stopped by, and it was an absolute joy to hang out and chat with everyone. You can feel the passion and camaraderie in the air.

I’ll be back in Tucson, Arizona, just for this store. Thank you, Jason and Patrick, for making this such a memorable experience. Five stars all the way!...
