Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Tucson

I didn't get the barista's name but I asked to get a matcha lemonade and she handed me a latte instead. When I told her the latte she handed me wasn't something I wanted, she gave me a push back and said "if it's not a receipt card it will not be made." She didn't even ask to make me something else instead. So my question is: your baristas can't scoop matcha powder into a cup of lemonade or vice versa: a TWO INGREDIENT BEVERAGE!!?? What's even more asinine is the barista using an iPad to take my order said her mother orders matcha lemonades all the time. So I'm not sure why I'm being put under the impression that I would receive one. The barista that Made the order could have been nicer about it and offered something else for the CLEAR miscommunication I dealt with beforehand. Like, I get it sweetie, nobody wants to work to earn an income but all I wanted was a two ingredient beverage and had to make a fuse over nothing. I can go to a local coffee shop and get a matcha lemonade, why not this...

The coffee is great, i LOVE the Mexican mocha. Today i decided to order a breakfast burrito, It was disgusting. It was not good at all, pure nasty shredded potatos. Coffee is always good here but they only had ONE PERSON WORKING. Absolutely bananas and she was running around between drive thru and walk up and making orders.
