Nails First II — Local services in Tucson

So disappointing. I should have left but kept hoping things would get better. I seriously wonder if the young man had a license... he didn't use cuticle softener, hurt nearly every toe he trimmed, skimped on the callous remover with little time for it to work causing discomfort, sugar scrub was simply smearing it on 1/2 my leg and letting it dry on while he buffed my callouses, and finally, when he realized that there was no oil on his cart, he substituted cooling gel (which he had previously skipped) adding lotion to the mix and leaving me a sticky mess. I had great experiences here a few years back. Unfortunately this was the worst pedicure I can remember having. I would not recommend this...

I have been going to the owner Paul several years now for my nail needs, even before he was the salon owner at this establishment . My nails last anywhere between 3-4 weeks & the only reason I return is because they have grown out too much!
