Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tucson

Well haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in along time decided to take the family on a outing have a little time out and have a meal out so we come in side ordered the food I had ordered 2 pizzas extra pepperoni a 8 peace boneless wings and a picture of soda also with a 6 peace lemon pepper bone in wing and 16 peace bone in hot total came out to almost 50$ something and it comes with 2 packs of ranch dressing so we wait In Side at a booth only to get our food and wonder were is the drink I had ordered I go up to ask for the soda they tell me this ain’t a dine in anymore how does a company expect I mean how does a company think that’s acceptable I mean spending as much as I did don’t offer drinks only a single to sit there and pay for each individual bottle per person how much do we have to buy for the size of group we had I can’t imagine what a scam not to mention the food was under cook the lemon pepper wings tasted like wings that were from on or soak in water I mean terrible I was embarrassed to had been the one to recommend this establishment to my loved ones we had to leave I already spent 50$ on the food and they wanted me to spend 29 somthing on drinks how why is this ok for companies to be ran like the establishment should be ashamed running this no wonder why it’s slow and empty I had no clue to this at all I will never return to any Pizza Hut I will speak to all friends and family about this I will share this knowledge I know now let’s get old businesses that is not will to service correctly and what is paid for to keep them open and get new companies to come and bring a new flow of companies we need for us the public I can not believe what I had witnessed today I’m very confused and upset with Pizza Hut business managers,GM’s , corporate employees hope u guys read this it’s a-shame really it is good lick in the future and if you company is no longer in Existence this should...

To begin this review, I should first say shame on me for not looking at their ratings. They’re really bad and I can now see why I used the DoorDash app to pick up my food which clearly states that you can have it delivered or pick it up. I was in the area so I decided to pick it up. The woman at the window standing there with my food, then told me that she wasn’t going to give it to me that I had to come in to the store and I’d have show the proof that I purchased it which I showed her my receipt right there. She was extremely rude. I went in to pick it up and of course she didn’t come to the checkout counter. She had somebody else come. They proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t give it to me as a DoorDash delivery person through the window. I’m thinking, are these people crazy? I told them that I do not work for DoorDash. I am picking up dinner for my family and it’s right on the app that I have the choice for delivery or pick up and I choose to pick up. They stated That this was their manager rules. WORST $40 I SPENT !!!! We had recently moved to the east side of town and this was the closest location to us and decided to go here after a movie . there were only 3 small parties at the restaurant when we arrived . We ordered 2 large pepporoni pizzas 1 hand tossed one thin crust , and an order of wings 16 piece($12) . let's begin with the wings I could not order half mild half hot because they said I would have to purchase 2 8piece($7) separate to get different flavors the wings came 20min after our pizzas, there were sauced and unsauced wings in the basket, the waitress didn't even offer ranch which is 50 cents extra.Now the pizzas the pizzas were dry and super greasy at the same time there was literally no difference between the crusts , the dough was bland overcooked. my 12yr old brother didn't even finish a slice and my 6yr old niece asked to go somewhere else for kids to say that about pizza says a lot . my sister was the only one that ate more than a slice and that's cause she has a cold .
