My boyfriend had purchased matching permanent bracelets from this small business and, unfortunately his was defective. His had broken the very next day after we got them. Since they do offer free re-welds we did decide to go get it fixed and hoped that would be it but that has not been the case as it has broken off at least 3 more times since then. After that I reached out to the owner promptly to explain the issue and request a replacement, but I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. Considering I emailed her just about two months ago now without a word from her. It’s disappointing I was hoping for better customer service considering small businesses often pride themselves on customer service and building trust with their clientele. I understand things can go wrong, but a simple reply to address the issue would have gone a long way. As of now, I’m left with a defective product and no support from the owner, which has been a frustrating experience. I hope the business takes steps to improve communication and customer care...
