La Iguana Art Gallery — Attraction in Tucson

I bought a catrina statue from this store. The sales lady said that all of the heads come off. She wrapped my purchase while I was still looking around. When I got home to CA I unwrapped my gift and found the head wrapped separately from the body. Actually the head was not suppose to come off the sales lady broke it off and sent me on my merry way. I called the shop and spoke with a man and he said he will send me another one. It has been 3 weeks now and no package and no answer from my texts. This is very poor customer service. We bought a number of ceramic amphibians for a privacy fence in our backyard. The woman helping us was very helpful. I needed to check them as baggage for my plane trip home. The woman packed each piece in bubble wrap and newsprint and put everything in a heavy cardboard box with a convenient tape handle. They made the trip in perfect shape. She was great and the ceramics were, too....
