We visited Selah for IV therapy at Rejuvenation with Jamie Dill between the dates of June 5th and June 19th, 2024. And my daughter got her nails done by Jasmine on June 12th, 2024.

The IV therapy I chose was the Mind Mend, which required three separate visits to meet my personal goals, previously determined through a Zoom consult with both Jamie and Dr. James Dill. Jamie is adept with her needle and I barely felt a pinch. My treatments lasted between 2 and 3 hours at each visit. I was seated in a private space, but there are times when the space is semi-private. However, to enhance the experience they provided noise cancelling headphones and everything I could need to be comfortable. After my third treatment I was given follow up options, including some products to purchase (outside of the salon at this time) to enhance my treatments. And we created a treatment plan going forward. I can honestly say that my brain fog and afternoon naps are things of the past. If you are struggling with memory issues and the dreaded 2 p.m. slump, give this a try. It is well worth the cost. Each treatment averaged $210, plus tip. You do receive a discount if you book multiple treatments in advance. The treatments are HSA/FSA qualified.

The nails my daughter (17 years old) received from Jasmine were the gel builder with art work. She was seated for about 90 minutes. My daughter is a nail biter, so her nails and cuticles were in bad shape. Jasmine sent her a questionnaire prior to the appointment and had a plan in place to match her inspiration photos. Firstly, she built the nails to create a barrier so that my daughter can no longer chew on her cuticles. Secondly, the nails turned out BETTER than the inspo pictures and my daughter was absolutely thrilled with the results. Her follow-up appointment has already been scheduled!

Last, but not least, the space cultivated by Selah is gorgeous and inviting. They have bright spaces that include lots of art, plants, and decor that make you feel like you have walked into a space of peace and tranquility. There are many items for sale in the lobby and they have an amazing array of local and eclectic wares (including Di Luna candles! IYKYK!!!) Guests of the salon are greeted by Faith. She is obviously the cog that keeps the salon running. She is very knowledgeable and has a keen memory that immediately makes you feel welcomed and part of the Selah family. After checking in, you are shown into the waiting room where they have a spread of refreshments that made any wait we had feel like we were simply sitting in the comfort of our own home. Please read for reviews of multiple estheticians!! I have been coming to SELAH ever since I moved to Tucson in May. I could not be happier with the services I’ve received. I got an underarm wax from Hannah when I was still moving in and I felt like I already had a great friend! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome and recommend places to eat. I’ve also received many of my waxes from Margo and she is wonderful!! I used to get bad ingrown hairs and irritation from waxing and shaving… with the combination of Margo’s expertise, the cleanliness of the spa, and amazing quality of the wax they use, I can’t remember the last time I had any irritation of significance. I absolutely love seeing Margo and I have my appointments scheduled out multiple months! I also have gotten eyebrow tinting with Margo and loved that experience and results as well! Before my wedding, I saw Nikkol for an eyelash lift and tint. I have never had this service before and throughly enjoyed her service and the results, she made me feel comfortable and explained the whole process to me, I LOVE my lashes. The last but definitely not least is Vanessa! She has been doing my facials (rejuvenation and enzyme peel/dermaplane) I have struggled with acne almost my whole life and after three facials with Vanessa I am sooo much more confident in my skin and my acne has improved so so much! Vanessa has set me up with only the products I need, she doesn’t try to sell me on anything! And I LOVE the products she’s recommended so much that I’ve re purchased as needed. The Face Reality program is wonderful and as much as I hate skin care plans.. this one is a WINNER with Vanessa’s experience and vast amount of knowledge on skincare. Booking my dermaplaning session with Ceci @ Selah was a breeze online! I appreciated the prompt email and text confirmations with expertly written directions around the construction in the area. I'd only had dermaplaning once before when I lived in Michigan over 2 years ago, so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect from Selah having never been there before. I was pleasantly surprised; upon arrival I found easy parking right outside the door and was greeted by a fully masked staff in a well-ventilated entry. They had me fill out a thorough skin/health questionnaire in a lovely upstairs area. They were not busy and even if they had been there was easy and ample space to social distance. Being new places is sometimes a little overwhelming for me (sensory overload) especially during the pandemic, so I was extra appreciative of their calm demeanor and thoughtful communication. Ceci led me to a super cute room and walked me through the procedure as well as my skin care concerns. She was very kind, professional, and inquisitive. The dermaplaning went seamlessly and I was thrilled with the results. She was incredibly gentle on my sensitive skin and I could not have asked for a better experience.
