This GameStop in Tucson Rocks! Joe is the best, hands down.Secondly. James is also very good as well. Both are friendly gentlemen, both are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. James is an game enthusiast. Joe is a master gamer. Both of these individuals are super good and are always pleasant to encounter. Every time I come to this location. each one of these guys are welcoming when entering into the store. Joe always helps out when a question is asked. James is helpful in understanding about each particular item of question. I have nothing but positive things to say about this store and the employees that assist at this store. I come to this location frequently the most due to the fact that it is closest to the my place. My wife and I both agree with each other that this is the best GameStop location we have been to yet. Bad experience!so when I went to this GameStop and bought a Nintendo switch lite with 2 games , after a few days I went back to trade my 2 games that I bought there after I traded them i went back home because I didn’t like the Nintendo switch lite so I wanted to trade it for the original Nintendo switch and once I got home I notice that the guy who ring me up only put the games on the receipt without putting the Nintendo switch that I bought I actually have an account with them and everything it should show that I bought my Nintendo and games , after I told him about my situation he told me he couldn’t do anything , watch out with these scams they are doing I would never go back to this GameStop they would ripped you off make sure you see your receipt before you leave the store this people would trick you to ripped you off and spend more money , I’m so mad I have to make this account to let you guys know , they are playing with...

This store is the epitome of why Gamestop is going out of business. I was on the store's waiting list for Xbox One X pre orders only to never get a call. No information nothing. I was on this list since it was announced at E3 and still have not gotten a call. I walk in to preorder a console only to be treated like garbage. I was told that I couldn't not only preorder, but I couldn't order a console period. Nothing but attitude from the guy working behind the counter and ended up giving him a piece of my mind and a middle finger to boot.
