Coco Nails — Local services in Tucson

Let me start by saying the the actual nails were done nicely. However SANITATION, communication, and attentiveness are lacking completely. I guess I went in about an hour before closing and didn’t realize that until I was being rushed. Sat in these big nice massage chairs and was excited and then the guy who did my manicure shut it off so he could work on me at the same time as the pedicure was being done. He shook his head at me anytime I moved and rushed me through picking my nail color.

The pedicure is usually my favorite part and I like to get the works (Paraffin wax and good massage with hot towels) well I didn’t even get to choose what I got. No paraffin wax and wasn’t even asked. She pulled out an aweful blue color and said this blue right? Which is funny cuz she hadn’t even given me a chance to pick in the first place I immediately said no. The massage felt like a toddler rubbing me.

Back to sanitation, neither person washed their hands before working on me and both left clients to come straight to me, the guy kept using the same brush to dust off my hands and the station (gross), and when he took out trash didn’t wash his hands when I came back to do things around the shop and touch my hands.

The guy was rude entire time, and the girl was nice enough but even took 2 phone calls during my experience. Mind you I got a simple mani/pedi just tried the dipping powder for my mani this time and they couldn’t even make my...

I use to love it here but now I will never come back! I went with mother sister and daughter for pedicures, alot of money was spent and we were the only people there at first... Anyways they were super rude! My daughter is 2 and I asked for her toes to be painted, mind u she's very good about getting her toes done, well they were rude and acting like they didn't wanna do it then started talking in their language and someone walked in and grabbed them, I asked who's doing my daughters and nobody would answer, finally one said we don't like doing kids that young I said okay but she won't move, she rolled her eyes and kept on the other ladies! Then I had different colors on my toes, a different lady from who i had came to put a little drawing on my toe and started taking off the nail polish, I asked what she was doing she said its better to be the same color so the drawing can be white I said no I want it the way it was and she said no its better this way, I told her to go I'm not dealing with them anymore . She didn't even care and asked if I was ready to pay. Lmao ru kidding? ! Then was rude to my sister the whole time, told my sister not to get the color she got Cuz it doesn't look good. Every 2 secs they're talking in their language about u! That place has really gone down, I would never recommend to go there unless u want someone making u feel uncomfortable and...

If I could put negative stars I would. I came in with an acrylic gel set and asked for them to be taken off. First off he filed them off which if you've had uv gel doesn't completely work. Then he filed my nails so thin that they hurt and that didn't even take all of the gel off. I honestly don't know what I am going to do since my nails hurt so much. Then he continuously nicked me and then told me not to watch him, after he nicked me the 6th time. Honestly if I knew what he was gonna do if pay him not to touch my nails! I would not go here plus I can understand some Vietnamese and I can tell when you're talking about me! Also the when he "massaged" my arms with the lotion he didn't even clean his hand or wipe mine so all of the shavings from my nails ended up on my arms! Do not go here!
