I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the service experience my family and I encountered at your establishment on Friday, March 8th, at approximately 6:15 PM.As frequent patrons of your establishment, located conveniently close to our residence, it pains me to report that our recent visit left much to be desired. Despite only approximately 40% of the tables being occupied, we experienced considerable delays and encountered significant issues during our attempt to place an order. Our frustration began when we waited nearly 10 minutes to place our order, with only two parties ahead of us. To our astonishment, upon attempting to convey our order to the gentleman serving us, we were repeatedly interrupted and informed that the kitchen was severely backed up, with wait times of 45 minutes to an hour. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, the manner in which this information was conveyed to us was unacceptable. Rather than transparently informing us of the situation and providing an estimated wait time, we were abruptly denied the opportunity to place an order and instructed to return later. This approach not only lacked professionalism but also left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. It is imperative for any establishment to prioritize clear communication and customer service, especially during challenging periods.I believe that there is a significant opportunity for improvement in the training and support provided to Mr. Benito and his colleagues, as well as a reassessment of operational protocols to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future. As loyal patrons, my family and I sincerely hope that you will address these concerns promptly and take proactive measures to enhance the overall service experience at your...
Read moreI’ll share the good thing first: Katie was super sweet and always happy to help me. She’s definitely a good employee. I also enjoyed spending time with my sister playing the games.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the boy who came to help us get my little sister her prizes. He was rude and just flat out miserable acting. If you’re going to work at a Peter Piper Pizza you need to at least be able to be friendly when little kids are around. I get maybe he has stuff going on in his personal life, but that should be left at the door when you come into work. Such a bad vibe to give off when kids are so excited to pick out their prizes. He didn’t have a name tag but he was wearing a skull and rose long sleeve shirt under his uniform shirt, and has dreads. This behavior needs to be addressed. He’s lucky I didn’t say something to him.
Also, when we walked in, all of the visible employees were on their phones. When you got time to lean, you got time to clean. Tables should be wiped down, floors should be swept, bathrooms should be checked. But since they were on their phones in their free time, the establishment was quite dirty.
As for the food, I’ve never really liked PPP’s pizza, but my grandpa loves it and I wanted to take my little sister to play some games. The pizza was ok because I was hungry. Brought it home for my grandpa and he didn’t even think PPP made it because it didn’t taste good like it used to for him. The free breadsticks I got for signing up for the rewards were pretty good. But we waited 30 minutes which doesn’t really make sense.
Prices have always been high there, I know that. So it is what it is.
If anything is taken away from this, please give compliments to Katie and address Eeyore...
Read moreThis is one of my family's go to Peter Piper's, but tonight was a really sad experience. This location seems extremely understaffed, and cannot handle large groups of people at a time. Every employee in this building looks like they are gonna break down and cry, or just walk out. Cleanliness is non existent here, pizza, wrappers, boxes all over the place, handing out orders seems to be a challenge. Having your whole complete order served to you at the same time and hot, is a challenge for these employees. I also noticed the stick (the one where the pizza cutter employee used to poke holes in the bubbles of the cooking pizzas) was so filthy. It just seems like that kind of thing in this type of industry, is something that should be single use or cleaned frequently? I am not sure. The quality of the food was mediocre at best, but I guess that's to be expected on a busy Friday night. This location overall, just needs more employees with management that knows how to serve great customer service, quality food, and have organizational skills to make the workplace flow smoothly, even in a fast-paced environment. I'm glad the kids had a ball, the games are the star of the show tonight. Other than that, employees were kind, and they were all trying. Please PPP, help Old...
