I have been visiting this location on east 22nd street, Tucson, AZ for years. Today when I got home discovered a bunch of black burnt something on top of my large teriyaki chicken. It was flaky like the pan had been scraped. I got back in my car and went back to the store. When I asked for a manager the tall slender woman said she could help me. I said oh you're the manager? She nodded yes. She had also been the person who handed me my original order. She didn't look at what was in the bag I returned, just said she'd replace it with whatever I wanted. I'm not even sure she understood what my complain was (mask). She served me another teriyaki chicken which was fresh off the stove and was sitting on the shelf behind the servers. As I was leaving she said I could keep the first one too. Lol. I said "uh, no." I got home and guess what I found? More burned chicken! This time in small pieces throughout. I tried to find contact information to speak to someone in the organization to save them embarrassment but couldn't find this online. Will call and ask for it tomorrow. Why am I so upset? Months ago, perhaps 6 months, I found a WAD of black hair on top of my food! I was so grossed out. Told myself I'd call the manager in the morning. Never did. Didn't go back for months. Finally tried them again. I think this was my second time back. Disgusted. I gave 2 stars only because there was a lot of good experiences in the past. Now I know I won't return. Folks, at least look at your food before you...

Very rude and loud when asking for a refund for vegetables only that were ordered as side. The box (that did not spill over) leaked all over my car and the broccoli smell was difficult to get out of carpet. It was also without taste.

I spent $32.00 on that past transaction, called to let them know I was returning an item and then refused to refund $3.75 spent towards new order. With new order manager was very easily agitated that SHE heard fire chicken. I only have ordered orange chicken. When asked about what she put in container she angrily threw small container of fire chicken in trash and just as angrily while filling small container with orange chicken flung chicken on floor. Who wants to eat food that has been served with such a bad attitude and energy?

I asked to speak quietly to the side, but same woman who identified herself as store manager was only willing to offer 10% discount... again loudly refusing to refund with several bystanders watching her being argumentative and loud.

I left. I won't be back. They only greet customers by commanding them get a mask on... person coming in behind me simply forgot to put it on. They used to offer a friendly greeting and were kind in approach.

Admonition from a young woman manager who obviously has no respect for customer service...and is overwrought, and unwilling to go the extra 50 feet is NOT a...

Worst Customer Service! I have several complaints to post about.

A month ago I ordered 4 kids meals when I arrived the cashier informed me that their soda machine was down. I asked if I could be refunded for my kids drinks she refused to refund me. I asked if I can have bottled drinks since theirs fountain drink machine was down she replied I had to pay a difference! Long story short I paid for drinks but didn’t get drinks!

2 weeks ago I placed an order online. Order was scheduled to be picked up at 7:15pm I arrived at 7:20pm was told it would be a few minutes on my order I went back to my car where my husband and 4 kids waited for me. I constantly went back and forth to check on my order. Finally after 40mins of waiting I asked the cashier how much longer in our order and she started to talk to the cooks in Spanish asking about my order! I can hear them talking and I KNOW HOW TO SPEAK SPANISH! she told the cook this lady says she’s been here for 40mins as if I was lying! I replied back to the cook that I have in fact been here for 40+ waiting on my order! Finally an HOUR later I was served my food.

Today I ordered 4 kids meals and ALL the fried rice was burnt BLACK! And I’m suppose to serve this to my kids to eat?! I’ll...

They "shrank the box." We bought 2 Bigger Plates, with 1 side and 3 entrees each. The price has gone up to $10.80 from $8.xx before. But the portion size has decreased significantly. We first noticed that the main "To-Go" box was much lighter than expected. Then we noticed that the actual dimensions of the little box containing the 3rd entrée was also smaller. We normally enjoyed 2 meals from each Bigger Plate...but we can't do that anymore. Additionally, they don't have their normal pot of sweet and sour anymore...they just offer these packets of preservative-laden artificial sweet and sour that you will NOT want to ingest. We made our own sauce at home for the cream cheese rangoons, which were still delicious. Bonus tip: each SMALL order is $2.00 for 3 rangoons, while a LARGE order of 12 costs $8.40. Just get multiples of the small orders to save money. It's not really this location's fault, it's clearly corporate that is behind these greedy changes. But it's sad. Lots of good memories with Panda but we won't be coming back. Not worth the money anymore.

Called at least a dozen times more than an hour before they close and couldn’t seem to get anyone there to answer the phone. Skip this place and do yourself a favor. (UPDATE) Manage to get the “shift leader“ that’s being generous on the phone right before close. Let her know the problem asked what her managers name was that was like pulling teeth asked her if there was any corporate information that I could get she direct me to her website. I asked for a district manager‘s name and was told if there wasn’t one at this particular time. Maybe that’s part of the problem maybe since there’s no real leader ship at this location maybe this is why I’m dealing with finding cleaning materials in my food and nobody willing to take responsibility or answer a question straightforwardly at this location.
