I moved to Arizona about two years ago. I’ve always had acne-prone skin, but when I relocated from Chicago, my skin was in a really good place. However, after settling in, I quickly experienced adverse reactions—likely a combination of the dry heat and the hard water in Tucson. My once-clear skin became inflamed, constantly cycling through redness, irritation, and breakouts.

In the last six months, things took a sharp turn for the worse. My acne became incredibly sensitive and even painful. For the first time in my life, looking in the mirror before heading out made me want to stay home and disappear. I could feel people staring.

I have been dealing with cystic acne for a while and I could never find the right facial products or esthetician that could actually treat my acne until now. Jacky truly cares about her clients and creates treatments tailored to every clients unqiue needs. I have tried almost all of the services Jacky offers and I have loved every one!

One thing I like about Jacky is that she has a very soft touch when it comes to waxing. I was nervous about getting my eyebrows waxed because I wanted my eyebrows to have a "natural look". I'm also hesitant because I over tweezed my eyebrows in high school (what high school girl hasnt, am I right?) and since then, my eyebrows don't grow in as full as I would like them to. Jacky did a phenominal job with my eyebrows and she is the only person that I will allow to do them. She gave me a great natural shape and worked with the thinning parts of my eyebrows so well that you couldn't even tell.
